  • 1 lb. lean round steak (2 x 1/4-inch strips)
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. vegetable juice
  • 1 c. beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
  • 4 c. hot cooked egg noodles
