- 2 lb. sirloin, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- noodles or rice
Directions

1Stir-fry meat in butter.

2Add tomato juice, garlic salt and pepper.

3Simmer for about 1 hour.

4Add soup and mushrooms; simmer for 30 minutes.

5Just before serving, add sour cream and heat through but do not boil.

6Serve over noodles or rice.
