  • dash of pepper and salt
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained (may be omitted)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 c. sour cream
