- 1 lb. stew beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- egg noodles
Directions

1Cook stew beef.

2Leave small amount of water.

4Shred beef with fork until stringy.

5Add mushroom soup.

6Add enough water to water already in pot to equal 1 can.

8Let simmer for 30 minutes.

9Salt and pepper to taste.

10Cook noodles. Pour Beef Stroganoff over noodles and serve.
