- 2 small sirloin strips
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom buttons
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 carton sour cream
Directions

1Cut sirloin in small strips.

2Brown quickly in butter to medium rare.

3Remove from pan.

4Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in remaining butter.

5Add bouillon, meat and sour cream.

6Heat, but do not boil.

7Serve over green noodles.

8Salt and pepper to taste. The entire recipe, with the exception of sour cream, may be prepared a day ahead and reheated with sour cream just before serving in chafing dish.
