  • 3 to 4 lb. beef stew or sirloin, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
  • 3 small cans mushrooms
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small can beef broth
