- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Directions

1Cut meat into strips.

2Place flour in plastic bag with the meat; shake to coat meat with flour.

3Heat butter in heavy skillet; brown meat.

4Remove and cover meat to keep warm.

5Add onions and mushrooms; cook slowly for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Return meat to skillet; stir in Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and Kitchen Bouquet. Bring to boil.

7Add salt and pepper.

8Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
