- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 to 2 c. water
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Salt steak.

2Cut steak into bite size cubes.

3Flour cubes and brown in melted butter.

4Add garlic, onion and mushrooms.

5Brown slightly.

6Add pepper.

7Dissolve bouillon in water and add to mixture.

8Simmer until tender, about 1 hour.

9Shortly before serving, blend in 1/2 cup sour cream.

10Serve over rice or noodles.
