- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. red Burgundy wine
Directions

1Cut round steak into thin strips and place on bottom of roasting pan.

2Sprinkle onion soup mix on top, then mushrooms and mushroom soup, then pour red wine on top.

3Cook at 300° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours in covered roasting pan.

4Stir every 1/2 hour.

5Serve with rice or noodles with sour cream on the side to add to individual taste.
