- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans French onion soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 to 2 lb. steak
- dash of cooking wine
- flour
- garlic salt/powder
- pepper
Directions

1Cut up meat, bite size pieces.

2Put in flour, garlic salt or powder and pepper.

3Take meat out of flour and fry until brown. Put in covered glass casserole dish with 2 cans of French onion and cooking wine.

4Cook 50 minutes at 350°.

5Take out; add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 pint of sour cream mix.

6Put back in oven for 10 minutes.

7Take out.

8Serve hot over noodles, rice or mashed potato.
