- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Cut round steak into thin strips.

2In large skillet, brown meat and onion in margarine.

3Add bouillon cubes and water. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour or until meat is tender.

4Check occasionally to make sure there is enough liquid and stir occasionally.

5Gradually add sour cream and mustard.

6Cook an additional 5 minutes.

7Serve over cooked noodles.
