- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in cubes
- flour
- pepper
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- dash of garlic salt
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Coat meat with flour mixed with pepper.

2Brown meat in a large skillet in the oleo.

3Add the mushrooms, onions and garlic.

4Brown meat, then add bouillon cubes and water.

5Stir until cubes are dissolved, then cover and cook 45 minutes (stirring occasionally) on low heat or until tender.

6Then stir in one cup of sour cream and simmer for about 5 minutes.

7Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
