- 1 1/2 lb. steak or roast
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. garlic juice and 2 tsp. salt or 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Cut steak or roast into cubes.

2Brown steak, chopped onion, margarine, garlic juice and salt.

3Add mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and flour.

4Simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

5Combine evaporated milk and lemon juice.

6Add this to meat mixture.

7Heat through, but don't boil.

8Serve over noodles or rice.
