Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak
- 1 large onion or 1 1/2
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushroom pieces, drain
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- juice from mushrooms
- 1/2 soup can water
Directions

1Put tenderizer as directed on steak.

2After alloted time of tenderizer, rinse steak.

3Pat dry.

4(I find if steak is placed in freezer for a while it slices better.)

5Cut steak into bite size pieces.

6Dice onion (I really like to add more onion.)

7Brown beef and onion in margarine in large skillet.

8Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.

9Simmer 30 minutes.

10Add sour cream.
-
11Simmer 15 minutes longer.

12Can be kept on low heat until ready to serve.
