- 2 lb. round steak
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1 c. sour cream
- meat tenderizer
Directions

1Cut steak into bite size cubes.

2Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.

3Shake in plastic bag with flour.

4Brown with onions in butter.

5Add seasonings and water.

6Cover and simmer about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7Add soup and mushrooms, stir in mix.

8Cook until meat is tender, about 30 minutes.

9Heat mixture piping hot.

10Turn off heat and stir in sour cream.

11Serve over rice or wide noodles.
