Beef Stroganoff

- 2 lb. beef sirloin or tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. Season-All
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cut beef into bite size strips; saute in butter until brown. Add onion, Season-All, nutmeg and sherry.

2Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.

3Remove from heat and allow to cool.

4Have sour cream at room temperature.

5Stir into cooled beef mixture and heat on low heat until hot, careful not to allow to boil (boiling will result in a curdled appearance).

6Serve with white rice or buttered noodles.
