  • 1 pound beef steak
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

    Cut steak into small pieces. Trim fat and discard.

    Mix dry ingredients in bag

    Put beef into bad and shake to cover.

    Brown beef and onion in hot oil in large skillet.

    When meat is lightly brown and onion is clear, add water. Simmer 1-2 hours until tender depending on meat.

    Add mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.

    Add sour cream. Cook until hot through
