  • 1 1/2 lbs beef
  • S&P
  • 3T butter, divided
  • 2T flour
  • 2C beef consomme
  • 2t Dijon mustard
  • 1/4C sour cream
  • 1T EVOO
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 lb extra wide egg noodles

Directions

    Slice meat and season with S&P

    Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt 2T butter and cook with flour 1 min. Whisk in consomme and thicken 1 min. Stir in mustard and sour cream, thicken 2-3 min. Remove from heat and season with S&P.

    Heat a second skillet over high heat. Add 1T oil and 1T butter. Add meat and onions and cook 3-4 min.

    Combine with sauce.
