- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, cubed
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
- cornstarch or flour to thicken
Directions

1Saute beef cubes in pan sprayed with nonstick coating (Pam). Add 1 cup water, wine, garlic and soup mix. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add mushrooms and tarragon; simmer 10 to 15 minutes until mushrooms are tender. Thicken with flour or cornstarch.

2Remove from heat. Add sour cream. Stir until blended. Serve over rice or noodles.
