Beef Stroganoff Pizza

  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 package (1 1/3 Oz. Packet) Pot Roast Seasoning
  • 2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 package (about 14 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 8 ounces, weight Gouda Cheese

Directions

    Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat and drain any fat.

    Add the seasoning, sliced mushrooms and sour cream.

    Cook another 5 minutes or so until the mushrooms have softened.

    Shape the pizza dough into a 14 circle.

    Once on the pizza pan, evenly spread the meat mixture over the dough and top with the cheese.

    Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-22 minutes.
