Beef Strogonoff Recipe

- 448 gm beef fillet
- 28 gm butter
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 x onion finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. beef stock
- 1 Tbsp. malt vinegar seasoning
- 168 gm button mushrooms finely sliced
- 125 ml soured cream fresh parsley finely minced
Directions

1Cut meat into thin strips and fry in butter and oil till browned.

2Remove meat from fat and fry onion.

3Add in stock vinegar seasoning mushrooms meat and brandy.

4Simmer till meat is tender approximately 10 to 15 min.

5Add in cream just before serving and garnish with parsley.

6Serve with rice and green vegetables.
