  • 20 large flour tortillas
  • 3 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 3 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 cans water

Directions

    Roll boneless breasts in sour cream until coated.

    Crush potato chips and roll chicken in chips.

    Place chicken in greased flat baking dish.

    Melt 1 tablespoon of butter per breast.

    Crush medium clove of garlic and mix with butter.

    Drizzle over chicken. Bake at 325°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
