Ingredients
- 7 lb. cubed chuck, sirloin tips or round steak
- 1 Tbsp. unseasoned tenderizer
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 3 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Sprinkle tenderizer, pepper and thyme on beef.

2Stir and place in baking pan and cook at 400° 1 hour to brown, turning once while browning.

3Mix soups and water and stir in Kitchen Bouquet, onions and parsley.

4Pour over meat; stir and return to oven.

5Cover and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350°.

6Serve with rice or noodles.
