Ingredients

  • 7 lb. cubed chuck, sirloin tips or round steak
  • 1 Tbsp. unseasoned tenderizer
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 3 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 3 c. water

Directions

    Sprinkle tenderizer, pepper and thyme on beef.

    Stir and place in baking pan and cook at 400° 1 hour to brown, turning once while browning.

    Mix soups and water and stir in Kitchen Bouquet, onions and parsley.

    Pour over meat; stir and return to oven.

    Cover and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350°.

    Serve with rice or noodles.
