  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle flour over meat, coating each piece thoroughly.

    Brown quickly in hot oil.
