- 1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Place in pan with tight-fitting lid.

3Pour mushroom soup and 1 can of water over meat.

4Sprinkle onion soup mix over the meat.

5Bake at 250° for 3 hours. Be sure that the lid fits closely to retain juice.

6Do not stir.

7Serve over hot cooked rice.
