- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 doz. tortillas, broken in small pieces
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown beef and season slightly with garlic salt and pepper. Mix into beef; soups, sauces and green chilies.

2Heat, stirring occasionally.

3Add salt to taste and place in casserole alternating tortillas and sauce.

4Sprinkle cheese and onion between each layer. Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 1/2 hour.

5Place cheese on top to melt through dish.
