- 1 packages Udon noodles
- 4 piece Beef (thinly sliced)
- 3 tbsp Canned corn
- 1 piece Carrot
- bunch Spring onion
- 1 piece Seaweed
Directions

1Chop spring onion in small pieces.

2Cut carrot into thin slices.

3Boil 2 cups of chicken or beef stock.

4Add udon noodles into broth when broth is boiling.

5When noodles and broth are boiling, quickly add beef and carrots in.

6Put noodles in bowl.

7Scoop corn into bowl.

8Decorate with carrot slices, seaweed and spring onion.
