  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. Hamburger Helper for beef noodles
  • 5 c. water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can or pkg. mixed veggies

Directions

    Cook and stir the beef and onion in a Dutch oven until beef is brown.

    Stir in sauce mix, bay leaf, salt, pepper and tomatoes; heat until boiling.

    Reduce heat and simmer.

    Stir in noodles. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
