  • 2 medium sized onions, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons oil

Directions

    Marinate shredded beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
