Beef With Peppers

- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 lb. beef, cut in small thin slices
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. soup stock (beef bouillon)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. green pepper, sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, chopped fine
Directions

1Heat pan, add 1 1/2 tablespoons oil and 1 clove garlic, crushed.

2When garlic browns, remove.

3Add beef, fry a few minutes.

4Do not agitate very much.

5Season with salt and pepper. Add one cup soup stock and continue to cook for a few seconds.
