  • 1 12 cups uncooked macaroni noodles

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (14 ounce) canprimo Mexican-style tomatoes
  • 12 teaspoon thyme
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 0.5 (125 g) packagemclaren's imperial cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

    Cook and drain macaroni.

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    In a large saucepot, brown hamburger and garlic.

    Drain.

    Add onions, tomatoes, and spices.

    Simmer 5 - 10 minutes.

    Toss in macaroni.

    Meanwhile, whisk oil, milk, and flour together in separate saucepan.

    Stir the two mixtures together and transfer into a 2 quart casserole.
