Beefy Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 (3 oz.) jars dried beef
  • 1/4 c. green olives
  • 1 pkg. onion soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Soak dried beef a few minutes to get out some of the salt. Drain.

    Let cheese soften; finely chop beef and olives.
  3. 3
    Add onion soup, Worcestershire sauce and 3/4 of the beef to soft cheese. Roll into ball.

    Roll the ball in the remaining chopped beef. Serve with assorted crackers.
