Ingredients
- 2 cups white minute rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1-2 cups mixed frozen veggies
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- to taste salt & pepper
- dash chopped onion
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp butter or margarine
Directions

1Cook rice as directed.

2Set aside.

3Brown beef in a large skillet or wok.

4Season with garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

5Drain any leftover grease.

6Add frozen veggies, onion, and 1 cup of water to skillet.

7Boil on high until water boils away.

8Stir frequently.

9(If using leftover cooked veggies, simply add to skillet and skip the water.)

10Turn off heat.

11Add butter and rice to skillet.

12Stir until butter is melted.

13Remove from heat and enjoy!
