- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
- bread crumbs (to thicken)
Directions

1Combine last 4 ingredients and make into small balls.

2Put onto cookie sheet and brown under broiler.

3Take out with slotted spoon so grease doesn't get into sauce.

4Place browned meatballs into sauce with first 5 ingredients.

5Simmer for 2 hours.

6Good for appetizers for parties.
