  • 1 c. catsup
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer
  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
  • bread crumbs (to thicken)

Directions

    Combine last 4 ingredients and make into small balls.

    Put onto cookie sheet and brown under broiler.

    Take out with slotted spoon so grease doesn't get into sauce.

    Place browned meatballs into sauce with first 5 ingredients.

    Simmer for 2 hours.

    Good for appetizers for parties.
