- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
- 3/4 cup beer
Directions

1Preheat Oven to 450F (230C).

2Sift dry ingredients together.

3Cut in shortening until it has cornmeal consistanch.

4Stir in beer, knead lightly, roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.

5Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
