- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can cold beer
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

3Mix the flour, sugar and beer until well blended.

4Pour into pan; bake for 30 minutes.

5Remove pan from oven; pour melted butter over top. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes or more, until brown. Serve warm.
