- 12 oz. beer, freshly opened (chilled or room temperature)
Directions

1Heat the oven to 375°.

2Lightly grease loaf pan.

3In medium bowl mix flour and beer.

4Stir until mixed thoroughly.

5Scrape into prepared pan.

6Bake 50 to 55 minutes until top is lightly browned and sides pull away from the pan.

7Cool on rack.

8Store in airtight container up to 3 days.

9Freeze up to 3 months.
