  • 7 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans beer (at room temperature)

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar in bowl. Add beer all at once. Break eggs into bowl before mixing. Blend until mixed well. Dough will have thick consistency.

    Put in greased bread pans. Bake for 40 minutes at 375°. Loaves will be like English muffins when done.

    Makes 2 loaves.
