- 1 can beer (room temperature)
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Butter an 8-inch square pan.

2Mix flour, sugar and beer together with fork and hands.

3Pat into pan.

4Melt 1/2 cup butter; pour over top of dough.

5Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

6Serve warm.
