- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer, at room temperature (any kind)
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl and pour into greased loaf pan.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

4Let bread cool for 10 minutes, then turn out of pan.

5For best results, wrap in foil and let sit for 24 hours.
