- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) warm beer
- 1 stick oleo, softened
- garlic salt to taste
- parsley flakes to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar together.

2Add warm beer slowly.

3Mixture will be tacky.

4Put into greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Brush the top with oleo after baking.

6Mix remaining ingredients together and spread on top of warm bread.
