Ingredients

  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) warm beer
  • 1 stick oleo, softened
  • garlic salt to taste
  • parsley flakes to taste
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar together.

    Add warm beer slowly.

    Mixture will be tacky.

    Put into greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Brush the top with oleo after baking.

    Mix remaining ingredients together and spread on top of warm bread.
