  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar, then add egg and beer all at once.

    Don't knead it.

    Put it into a greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan and bake it for 1 hour at 375°.
