- 1 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 2 c. chopped walnuts (leave a few whole)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour Bundt pan.

3Put together oil, eggs and sugar; beat until light and fluffy, about 1 minute, on high.

4Add flour, spices and baking soda; stir until mixed, then slowly put in beer while mixing until it blends.

5Add nuts; mix.

6Pour into pan.

7Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.

8Try with toothpick if ready.
