  • 5/8 cup beer white
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

    Grease a bundt cake mold with margarine and sprinkle with flour.

    Whisk the butter with the sugar until you get an whitish and soft cream.

    Then, add the eggs, one at a time, whisking constantly between each addition.

    Add the beer. and whisk for about 2 minutes.

    Finally, add the flour and the baking powder, mixing the dough well, but without beating it.

    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
