- 1 can (12 Oz. Size) Beer (any Kind)
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 6 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Small White Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Directions

1Combine beer, oil, mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl, and stir to combine well.

2Add onions, then in a sealed container, combine with chicken.

3Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, up to 24 hours.

4Discard the marinade and grill on a preheated grill until juices run clear, about 6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of your chicken.
