  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 12 ounces beer (divided)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water

    Combine first 9 ingredients, but only half of the beer.

    Form into small balls and brown in oil.

    Sprinkle soup mix over meatballs and remaining beer and water.

    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
