- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Parkay stick
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- sliced green onions (optional)
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. beer
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- hot sauce (few drops)
Directions

1Cook and stir 1/2 cup onion, garlic and Parkay in a large saucepan on medium-high heat until tender.

2Reduce to medium-low heat.

3Add Velveeta cheese, milk, beer, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

4Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted and soup is hot.

5Pour into 4 serving bowls; sprinkle with sliced green onions.
