Ingredients

  • 1 lrg head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 x Yellow onions, minced
  • 2 x cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 x -4 pound seven bone roast
  • 4 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. grnd black pepper salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper [optional]
  • 3 x loaves frzn bread dough [Supermarket frzn food section] or possibly make your own.

Directions

    O In a large skillet, salt and pepper the roast on both sides.

    Brown off roast on both sides.

    Add in water to cover and cook roast on stove top or possibly a 350 degree oven till roast is well cooked.

    Set aside and cold.

    When cold, shred the beef and remove all fat.

    In another large skillet, saute/fry the onions and garlic till onion is almost golden.

    Add in the shredded cabbage and cook till limp.

    Add in salt, pepper and shredded beef to the cabbage mix and let stand till cold.
