Beet Nut Salad

  • 1 (15 oz.) can diced beets
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O

Directions

    Drain liquid from beets and pineapple into cooking pot. Add water, juice and vinegar. Add sugar and heat. Dissolve Jell-O into this mixture. Add beets and pineapple. Spread chopped nuts on top. Chill.
