  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Cook beets with peelings.

    Peel and pack hot in hot sterile jars.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to each pint.

    Heat vinegar, water and sugar to boiling.

    Pour over beets.
